Yes Suhr Charters

The “Yes Suhr III” is a BHM 36, custom built, Downeast boat. It is originally from Maine built by Blue Hill Marine (BHM) for a family on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, as a Scallop and Lobster boat. Yes Suhr Charters took ownership of her in 2025 and personally rigged the boat with one thing in mind, being the best offshore sport fishing boat on the Northeast. She has a new Cummins engine ensuring a safe trip to the fishing grounds, state of the art electronics and fishing gear to ensure the most successful trip.

ABOUT THE CAPTAIN 

Captain Charlie Suhr has been fishing and mating for years honing his craft. He studied at IYRS School of Technology and Trades in Newport Rhode Island where he became a certified marine mechanic and electrician. Captain Charlie has earned his 100-ton Master Captains License, with hundreds of hours commercial fishing in the northeast, he will ensure you the best experience possible. 

6hr Inshore ground fish trips:                    $1000

      -Going out to fish for haddock, and if we get lucky, halibut! This is what’s considering a meat trip, if the catch meets Massachusetts size limits, we will keep the catch.

8hr Shark trips:            $1200

        -Trip focused on fishing for the variety of sharks that are native to the northeast. We have blue sharks, porbeagles, makos and threshers which are all large and powerful sharks making a very exciting experience.

8hr Tuna trips:                $1400

      - 8-hours of fishing for bluefin tuna. We will head out early before sunrise and head out offshore.  We will fish for the most prized fish in the world these fish fight harder than any other and grow over 10 feet,

10hr Tuna trip:                $1800

-Consists of the exact trip as the 8hr tuna trip but longer. Bluefin Tuna are extremely smart and very hard to catch the 10hr trip will give you more time to catch one of these fish 

3hr Sunset Harbor cruises:                           $600

      - Relaxing, fun experience with friends and family where you can see historic Marblehead and Salem. The addition of beer and bagged wine is welcome but not provided! For safety reasons, glass is discouraged.
